Why did the random MM stack my team so much? Well, RNG. Honestly, I am not even sure a super unicum player with a 70% WR could have made a difference beside extending the duration of the game. In the opposite team, no one got more than 700 base XP. The other flank folded before I could relocate, couldn't do better than 1650 base XP (good enough for first place) as the game ended so fast. After 4 minutes, we had pretty much cleared our flank and the remaining ships were all running away at the back, waiting to meet their end. Can you guess the results? A total blowout where my team won in 10 and a few seconds. I attached a screenshot of the MM composition for a game I had this morning.

I see the same comments on reddit, this morning on a well known twitch stream. If you can't 1 VS 12 really well, you can expect miserable evenings from time to time, and the rate of at which it provide an unenjoyable experience has been increasing. Or at least, it got worse in the last 2 months or so. Somehow, WoWS seems like it is getting there. it shouldn't be necessary to become a super unicum player to enjoy a video game. If two players with different tier ships (say, Tier 6 and 7) are signing up together, then the number of pots is reduced (you can't get a pure Tier 6 or pure Tier 7 game now) and since the fewer pots have to completely fill before you can start playing, it may take longer to get placed in a game.Thing is. This generally reduces the time to get into a game since once any one of the pots you are in fill up, those players get pulled into a game. Basically if you are signing up as an individual, your ship gets placed in several pots for potential games, which is why sometimes you are top tier, sometimes all players are same tier and sometimes you get uptiered. I believe there is a video on the WOWs website (or YouTube if you want to search) that explains in general how the MM system works. It is only about ship tiers not player skills, right? Originally posted by Absche:Just a question, why it is so hard to queue up together within +- 1 tier? The higher tier player should have lower tier ships available.
